We’re incredibly proud to be awarded gold accreditation from Investors in People. The award gives a wonderful sense of achievement to all our staff. Only 17% of accredited organisations achieve gold and it demonstrates that Share is an organisation that understands the value of people, something that is reflected in our core values. Gold accreditation means we have robust policies in place and every single person working at Share takes ownership for making them come to life.
Our We invest in people assessment was a great opportunity to hear from Share staff about what we’re doing well, but there’s always something to learn. We’re continuing to use feedback to keep adapting, making changes and moving forward.
