The matrix Standard is a unique quality standard for organisations to assess and measure their advice and support services, which ultimately supports individuals in their choice of learning, work, and life goals.
We were commended for how quickly we responded to the support needs of our beneficiaries and their families during the pandemic, our strong digital response, and our innovative approach to widen access and opportunities for people.
Our service is designed to help all our students and their families and carers to make informed decisions about training and development opportunities, improving job prospects and/or skills, obtaining qualifications and developing independent living skills. The matrix Standard recognises Share’s commitment to exceptional service and continuous improvement.
